ANSWERS
What owners and brokers ask
Are you bondable?
Yes, through our surety, with capacity confirmed per project. Send the scope and we'll get a letter.
Will you hold a GMP?
On negotiated work with a complete set, yes. On early-design projects we'll carry a written contingency instead of pretending the number is firm.
Can you work in an occupied building?
Regularly. Phased night and weekend work, dust partitions, and coordination with building management.
How do you handle county and TxDOT permitting?
We track submittals and driveway or utility permits in the schedule, because outside the city limits that's usually the long pole.
Have a set ready to price?
Send drawings and a bid date. If we can't hit your schedule we'll tell you the same day.
