ANSWERS
Questions we get weekly
Can I live in it while finishing the interior?
Sometimes, depending on county rules and whether utilities are set. We'll tell you what your specific jurisdiction allows during the site walk.
Red-iron or post-frame?
Red-iron for clear spans over 50 feet or heavy equipment loads; post-frame is often cheaper for smaller shops. We price both when it's close.
Do you finish shells other builders put up?
Yes, after an inspection of the frame, anchors, and slab. We won't warranty structure we didn't build, but we'll finish it out.
What about septic, well, and driveway?
Included in the proposal as separate line items so you can see the real cost of raw land, not a lump sum that hides it.
Send us the parcel and what you have in mind.
A short conversation tells you more than a form. We'll say early if we're not the right fit.
